We are completely sold out of the Mountain / SkiJac but hope to ship a few of these in Drab Green and Brown in, about, March 2025. We hope to make them in all colors for 2025, but don't know when we'll have the Fabric to work with.
These Jackets are $900 up to size 2XLarge. 3XLarge, $930 and 4XLarge, $960.
Originally designed (and now very slightly redesigned) by , a ski patrol veteran since about 1990, the SkiJac works for all types of skiing and many other outdoor activities. Some of the people who like it best don't ski at all, and began to call it The Mountain Jacket because it tested really well at the . The design of this Jacket was inspired by a couple of Ski Jackets Chad liked, plus his suggestions for improving them, and input from customers.
The main difference between the SkiJac in the photos and the slightly updated SkiJac we'll be making in earnest in 2025 is the switch from snaps to Slot Buttons. The new SkiJac also will have a small pocket at the left wrist for RFID badges.
