These Mehler Overt Stab Bulletproof Body Armour Vests are designed to absorb and disperse the impact of fired projectiles to the torso. These vests include front and back soft armoured plates.
With HG1A / KR1 dual protection level, the torso is protected against standard ammunition fired from short-barrelled handguns and is tested at a performance level of 24 joules of energy. It can also protect against front blunt force trauma.
This ballistic vest features 2 Klick Fast docking clips, Velcro adjustable waist and Velcro adjustable shoulder straps. The vest may or may not have Battenburg stripes which can be carefully removed with a seam picker if necessary.
In used Grade 1 condition, these ballistic vests are ex-police units and are in very good, used condition. The length of these vests have been measured from the nape of the neck to the hemline.
